For 20 years, Meeting Street Homes & Communities has been building beautiful new homes and walkable neighborhoods in North and South Carolina. Our architectural style, land planning process and obsessive attention to detail are all based on an even richer history of stability and success. We build on the traditions of stunning historic addresses such as Charleston, Savannah, Boston, Alexandria, New Orleans and even European villages. We hope you will enjoy this glimpse of a few of our past projects and existing neighborhoods.
Award-Winning Community: Courance
Courance won the Platinum Award for “Best Neighborhood" by the Housing Zone. Located in the Pellyn Wood neighborhood, Courance's visitors are greeted by a dramatic gated entryway. Its unique design elements include cobblestone streets, gas lanterns, beautiful walkways and fountains. Homes here have a unique architectural design evoking the feeling of a rustic French village.
Chipping Campden includes a village of 15 luxury cottage style townhomes, designed by Christopher Phelps and Associates, which are divided into five large English manor homes overlooking an ornate English Garden. This quaint, classic community lies in the heart of Eastover. Modeled after classic English architecture inspired by villages in the English Cotswolds, located northwest of London, Chipping Campden takes you back in time to the old-world charm of the original English village of the Cotswolds. Complete with its own “High Street," and "Bibury Lane," Chipping Campden is like no community you have seen.
Meeting Street designed and built the red covered bridge at the entrance to Antiquity. It's a great example of the attention to detail and timeless design the company brings to each project.
