Courance won the Platinum Award for “Best Neighborhood” by the Housing Zone. Located in the Pellyn Wood neighborhood, Courance’s visitors are greeted by a dramatic gated entryway. Its unique design elements include cobblestone streets, gas lanterns, beautiful walkways and fountains. Homes here have a unique architectural design evoking the feeling of a rustic French village.
